UHOPI has a Board of Trustees (BOT) whose role is to provide oversight and approval of strategic plans, annual work plans and budgets and staff recruitment plans.  Reporting to the BOT is the Executive Committee (EC) headed by an Executive Director whose role is to develop strategic plans, design programs and projects, ensure their implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
